End Discrimination

FADWU works to eliminate discrimination and grant equal rights to domestic workers.
All workers should be afforded the core human right to be free from discrimination and and protected under the law. Migrant Domestic Workers in Hong Kong face extensive workplace discrimination and suffer under discriminatory policies that deprive them of basic rights.
The accumulated impact of systemic discrimination results in severely limited labour rights and power imbalances, leaving MDWs vulnerable and unprotected by the legal system. Justice remains highly inaccessible to those who do seek it.
